Job Description
Warehouse Laborer Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials and products. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and products. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, either manually or using approved material handling equipment. Transport materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (certification preferred). Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts and cycle counting activities. Label, sort, organize, and stock products in designated warehouse locations. Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies. Adhere to all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Support general warehouse housekeeping and perform other duties as assigned. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday, regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
