Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and works well in a fast-paced team environment. Key responsibilities Unload and load incoming/outgoing shipments; verify quantities and inspect for damage Receive, label, and put away inventory into assigned locations Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on schedule Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Stage and palletize orders; wrap and secure shipments Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and equipment issues Assist with occasional overtime, shift changes, or special projects as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and reliability Physical requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly (or per site requirement) Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching Comfortable working in varied temperature environments
