We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist . This role will be responsible for shipping and receiving. A high level of accuracy and detail is necessary. This position involves lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities Performs weekly counts of inventory Manage stock material out of inventory sheets as required Store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory Accuracy of all paperwork produced Assist supervision/management as needed Completing out of inventory sheets Follow company policies, guidelines, and work instructions Warehouse work as needed (Cleanliness & Organization) Verifies quantity and quality of orders Verifies items received with purchase order and receivers Process UPS and FedEx Shipments Deliver and retrieves supplies to and from work storage areas; tags and issues supplies Stock shelves and rotates inventory Foster a positive work environment and promote a high level of company morale Qualifications - Computer proficiency Able to lift up to 50 lbs Must pass drug test and background check Education and Experience High School Diploma Valid Driver's License Forklift certified or able to complete forklift certification course Overhead Crane Operator training/certificate required This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
