About the Job Ponder Environmental Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in supporting warehouse operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring materials and supplies are ready for field projects. What You'll Do Oversee orders, inventory, and shipment of materials to and from the warehouse Track inventory history and resolve discrepancies in stock control Dispatch to the field and support field operations as needed Deliver and pick up supplies and equipment from job sites Coordinate will-call supplies and equipment from vendors Stage and prepare materials and equipment for upcoming projects Inspect and test equipment before and after use Perform minor equipment repairs as needed Restock supplies and maintain organized inventory Wash and conduct weekly inspections of company fleet vehicles Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Perform weekly landscaping and facility upkeep Operate a forklift (certification preferred) What you Bring High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Minimum 2 years of inventory management experience Basic math skills (rate, ratio, percent calculations) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage varying situations Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
