Warehouse / Shop Hand — California Fastener (Benicia, CA) California Fastener, a specialty industrial fastener distributor and CNC machining shop in Benicia, is hiring a full-time warehouse/shop hand to support daily operations. We're a growing company looking for someone who wants to grow with us — this role has real upward mobility for the right person.

Pay:

$22.50-$25.00/hr, depending on experience What you'll do: Operate forklift for loading, unloading, and moving material Cut material to length on saws Pick, count, weigh, and pack orders accurately Use a computer for inventory lookup, order entry, and shipping Keep the warehouse and shop clean, organized, and safe General shop support as needed What we're looking for: Forklift experience (certification a plus) Comfortable operating saws and shop equipment Basic computer skills — inventory systems, email, order software Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lift/move heavy material Good attention to counts and accuracy (we deal in high-SKU precision parts) Motivated to learn and take on more responsibility over time Prior warehouse, shipping, or fastener/industrial-supply experience a plus Why join us: We're growing fast, and we promote from within.
