Position:

We are seeking a reliable, potentially long term and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate focused on order fulfillment to join our small but growing team. Order fulfillment moves quickly and we take pride in getting our work done efficiently and accurately, with great attention to detail. This is a fast-paced, hands on role and requires an ability to do physical repetitive tasks while staying engaged. This role also requires someone who can switch tasks and help out in the warehouse when needed doing inventory, unloading, processing returns, organizing and cleaning the warehouse.

Your tasks will include:

• Picking, doing quality control, packing and shipping orders every day with speed, accuracy and care. This is primarily what you will be doing every day for most of the day.
• Take inventory when needed
• Stock warehouse
• Unload incoming shipment and receive deliveries
• Prep products and do repetitive quality control tasks such as folding and thread snipping
• Track and organize repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment and efficient workflow.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as required to support the smooth operation of our eCommerce business.

What we're looking for: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Works quickly without sacrificing accuracy. Comfortable standing for full shifts and doing repetitive, physical work and detailed tasks with your hands including trimming threads on clothing, folding clothing, packing clothing into boxes, creating shipping labels, etc... Reliable and punctual. Able to stay focused on repetitive tasks without losing accuracy. Tech savvy enough to troubleshoot fulfillment software and hardware. Experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment (for example: manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment, cleaning, restaurants, or any other similar experience). Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments. Comfortable problem-solving independently. Ability to stand and move throughout the shift. Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and climbing ladder. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with shelving. Local to Berkeley, CA or surrounding Bay Area. We are looking for a long term team member who will grow with our company
