IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR WAREHOUSE WORKER - 1ST SHIFT

- $18/HOUR Job Description Join a dynamic distribution company specializing in automotive parts as a long-term Shipping Clerk/Warehouse Worker. This role requires flexibility in start times, with shifts between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM and ending at 2 PM or 3 PM. The position involves a range of warehouse duties essential to the shipping process. Responsibilities Receive and restock inventory, manage dispatch, and handle overstock. Load and unload materials from trucks efficiently. Break down boxes and package items for shipment. Fulfill orders using rolling stairs, pickers, and RF scanners. Assist Warehouse Supervisors as needed. Package items for shipment using appropriate materials. Pick orders using stairs to reach materials necessary for the automotive industry, with rolling stairs ranging from 7 to 15 steps. Essential Skills Proficient in using RF scanners. Experience with packing, packaging, and pallet jacks. Ability to handle inventory and shipping & receiving tasks. Capable of lifting and/or moving weights up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfortable with using rolling safety ladders, including a 15 ft stair ladder when needed. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms. Occasional requirement to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or squat. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
