Job Summary:

The position will be a working Team Lead position. Assists with the execution of daily operations. Ensures employee adherence to safety rules and practices, company policies, housekeeping procedures, and quality compliance. Drives the department KPI's, monitoring and developing their teams' performance to achieve department goals. Communicates proficiently, motivates team members and provides guidance to the team. Supports the management team and carry out the duties of the supervisor when absent. This position will be required to perform other duties as defined by management. Primary Responsibilities Knowledge and Compliance to Quality Management Systems Manufacturing Technician Proficiency, Scheduling in Excel Conduct Training, Problem Solving Inventory Management and Transactions Effective Communication Oversee the efficient execution of daily tasks Lead the planning and manufacturing departments to coordinate the flow of materials and resources Ensure timely production and delivery while continuing to support the preparation of special/gold batches required to support the whole department. Minimum Requirements Proficient communication skills Intermediate computer skills In depth knowledge of processes of the department Understanding of the ERP system Team Player Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, CSI) Competencies Customer Focus
