What You'll Do This role supports both ShippingReceiving and Machine Operations , depending on operational needs. ShippingReceiving Responsibilities Load, unload, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately Check shipments against packing slips and work orders Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks Transfer materials to proper warehouse locations Ship orders using customer-preferred carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight) Machine Operation Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Use measuring devices to ensure product accuracy Read and complete work orders Calculate material usage Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Basic math skills (including fractions/decimals) Basic computer skills High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Why Join CFS?
