This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who takes pride in organization, safety, and maintaining a clean, efficient work environment (Lean Manufacturing footprint). The Warehouse Coordinator works closely with internal teams, delivery drivers, and vendors while handling heavy materials and equipment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, unload, and properly store incoming inventory Load and unload heavy refrigeration components, including compressors, cases, and parts, from flatbeds, docks, and delivery vehicles Prepare and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock records Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manlifts (training provided as needed) Assist with occasional deliveries and travel to support business operations Maintain warehouse and facility cleanliness, including cleaning, organizing, and light handyman duties Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and safety Prepare fleet vehicles for transfer, assignment, or sale Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures Work professionally with a variety of personalities and maintain a positive, respectful attitude Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Aptitude for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining orderly work areas Ability to adapt to different personalities and situations without taking interactions personally Solid understanding of warehouse procedures or ability to learn quickly Good judgment and problem-solving skills Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required
