Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution, accurate inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment. Duties Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment Prepare orders by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately according to order specifications Maintain inventory accuracy through data entry into inventory management software and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as AS400 or MRPs Conduct stock replenishment and stocking activities to ensure optimal inventory levels Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas and ensuring proper placement of goods Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics standards Perform routine safety checks on equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to promote a safe working environment Utilize warehouse management systems to track shipments, update stock levels, and generate reports for management Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal requests for inventory or order information Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to quality standards Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 is highly desirable Basic math skills are essential for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers is a plus; certification is preferred but not mandatory—training can be provided Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive motions safely Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and international trade regulations is advantageous Excellent communication skills combined with a customer service mindset to support team collaboration and internal client needs Join us as a Warehouse Worker and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
