Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Camarillo, CA, supporting warehouse operations within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. This role is ideal for a dependable warehouse professional with strong shipping, receiving, inventory control, and certified forklift operation experience. The Warehouse Associate will support a busy distribution environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are essential. • Process shipping and receiving transactions accurately, including documentation and system updates.
• Receive, identify, verify, store, and distribute incoming shipments according to warehouse procedures.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, Bendi forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through item verification, cycle counts, audits, and ERP or mobile app transactions.
• Load and unload trucks, handle sales returns, and support domestic and international shipment processing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse while following all company policies and safety procedures. Compensation and Benefits

• Level II:

  $21 per hour.

• Level III:

  $22 per hour.
• Temp-to-hire opportunity.

• Schedule:

  7:00 or 7:30 AM to 4:00 or 4:30 PM.
• 30-minute meal break.
