Job Description
Become a Key Player as a Lumper You will support the client's warehouse operations by physically handling inbound freight and preparing product for storage and distribution. You'll work onsite Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM (overtime up to 2 hours before or after shift as volume requires), contributing to on-time receiving and clean, safe staging for forklifts and downstream teams. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Unload and floor-stack product by hand from containers and trailers Break down and restack pallets as directed Stage floor-stacked product for forklift pickup Keep the work area clear of debris and dunnage Assist with general warehouse labor as volume requires Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Ability to perform continuous heavy manual labor for a full shift Prior lumping, devanning, or freight-handling experience strongly preferred Knowledge of safe lifting and stacking technique Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
