00/hr Full-Time | Paid Weekly | PTO | 401(k) | Medical Location Based out of the FedEx Ground Terminal in Carson, CA Routes primarily in San Pedro, CA Job Summary Join Envy Logistics, Inc., a proud FedEx Ground Independent Service Provider (ISP) . We're looking for friendly, honest, and dependable drivers— experience preferred ! We provide training, a delivery vehicle, uniforms, and all the tools you need to succeed. Immediate openings with flexible start dates! Key Responsibilities Deliver and pick up FedEx packages on assigned routes (100-250 stops/day) Safely operate company-provided step vans, box trucks, or Transit vans Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Use a handheld scanner for routing and delivery updates Navigate and manage deliveries efficiently throughout the service area Maintain professional appearance, customer service, and timely communication Support neighboring routes and team members when needed Attend team meetings and safety trainings regularly Basic Requirements At least 21 years old Valid Class C CA Driver's License (CDL not required) Conversational English Able to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted (and 150 lbs with dolly) Must pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check No DUIs, suspensions, or moving violations in past 3 years No felonies or misdemeanors No marijuana usage in past 45 days Strong physical fitness and stamina Preferred Traits Positive attitude and professional demeanor Accountable, self-motivated, and energetic Strong focus on safety and efficiency Willingness to grow and learn Compensation & Benefits $19.00
