Part-Time with opportunity to transition to Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Warehouse Associate to support our shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate is computer literate, completely fluent in English with some basic Spanish fluency. Able to work independently, and a strong team player with a commitment to accuracy and customer service. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance, reliability, and business needs. Responsibilities Perform daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control duties Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight Verify shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition Prepare, label, stage, and organize freight for shipment Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment Enter and retrieve shipment information using computer systems Communicate effectively with management, drivers, customers, and coworkers Assemble, disassemble, and build equipment as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Follow all company safety procedures and policies Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities throughout the workday Qualifications Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience Forklift experience required; certification preferred Computer literacy required Fluent in English, speaking, reading, and writing Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional and positive attitude Punctual, dependable, and reliable Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to safely use basic hand tools and warehouse equipment Ability to assemble, disassemble, and build equipment as needed Ability to safely handle and move equipment while following proper lifting and safety procedures Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday
