Are you organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a Warehouse Operations Specialist to help keep our inventory accurate and our shipping operations running smoothly. If you enjoy staying busy, operating equipment, and being part of a team that keeps production moving, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Manage egg and packaging inventories through daily, weekly, and monthly counts. Support shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading trailers. Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks. Move inventory throughout coolers, freezers, and production areas. Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation. Help maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe warehouse environment. What We're Looking For Warehouse, inventory, or shipping & receiving experience preferred. Forklift experience (or ability to become certified). Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in refrigerated and freezer environments. Why Join Us?
