Job Description

Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate You will support efficient warehouse operations by receiving, staging, and preparing freight for outbound shipment. You will impact on-time deliveries and inventory accuracy by working onsite on the 2nd (night) shift and collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Receive, offload, and load vehicles and ocean containers; check paperwork and report discrepancies or damages Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and hand jacks to move and palletize cargo Prepare outbound loads: match paperwork with freight, label shipments, and prepare ULDs Accurately sign Bills of Lading and verify counts and damages Stage and organize cargo within the warehouse and maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards Use warehouse booking-in sheets or a Warehouse Management System to track inventory and organization Execute quality expectations per SOPs, including reworking or recouping freight as needed Assist with training new staff and contribute recommendations for process improvements Perform site-specific duties such as weekly bond checks, DFT procedures, and handling bonded import freight as required Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role At least 18 years old Good physical stamina; ability to stand/walk for long periods, frequently bend/twist/reach, and periodically lift up to 50 lbs Minimum 6 months previous warehouse operations experience Ability to work flexible hours and/or days on the assigned shift Proficiency operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts Here's What Else Might Help You Out High school diploma or GED Previous freight forwarder or external warehouse experience Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and delivery orders Ability to speak Spanish Pay Range $20.50/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
