  • 2nd Shift You will support the receiving and staging operations that keep the warehouse flowing and customers satisfied.
You will work onsite on the 2nd (night) shift, collaborating with the warehouse team and logistics stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely handling of inbound and outbound freight. Your role directly impacts inventory accuracy, shipment readiness, and site safety. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Receive goods: offload/load vehicles, check paperwork, weigh/measure, book in freight, and report discrepancies or damages Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and hand jacks; palletize, stretch-wrap, and band product Prepare outbound loads: match paperwork with freight, label, and prepare ULDs Accurately sign off Bills of Lading, verify counts, and stage cargo in a safe, orderly manner Use warehouse booking-in sheets or the Warehouse Management System to maintain organization Perform general housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and inventory organization Execute quality expectations per SOP, including reworking or recouping freight as needed Assist with training new staff and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency Perform cross-functional duties such as receiving, loading, picking, shipping, and weekly bond checks Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role At least 18 years old Minimum 6 months of prior warehouse operations experience at the organization or similar setting Ability to stand/walk for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and periodically lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work flexible hours and/or days; meet or exceed established KPIs Forklift (sit-down) operating experience Basic familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and delivery orders English language proficiency (Spanish speaking ability preferred) Here's What Else Might Help You Out Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience Familiarity with bonded import freight handling and site-specific procedures Pay Range $20.50/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
