50 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Forklift Certification Packing High school diploma or GED Warehouse experience Materials handling Material handling equipment operation Full Job Description Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate You will support warehouse operations that ensure accurate, timely movement of freight and maintained facility standards. You will work onsite with the warehouse team, interacting with logistics coordinators and material handlers to receive, stage, and prepare outbound loads. Your work directly impacts customer shipments, inventory accuracy, and on-time performance. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Receive goods: offload/load vehicles, check paperwork, weigh/measure, book in freight, and report discrepancies or damages Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and use hand jacks for material movement Palletize loose and floor-loaded cargo, stretch wrap or band, and prepare outbound loads (labeling, ULD preparation) Verify and sign Bills of Lading, confirm counts, and document damages Stage cargo safely and maintain warehouse organization using booking-in sheets or a Warehouse Management System Perform general housekeeping to meet cleanliness and organization standards Execute quality expectations per SOPs, including reworking or recouping freight as required Assist with training new staff and contribute recommendations for process improvements Complete site-specific duties such as weekly bond checks, DFT procedures, and handling bonded import freight as required Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Minimum 6 months of prior C.H. Robinson warehouse operations experience Be at least 18 years old and able to stand/walk for long periods while frequently bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to work flexible hours and meet or exceed established performance standards/KPIs Proficiency operating forklifts (sit-down) and familiarity with warehouse equipment and procedures Here's What Else Might Help You Out High school diploma or GED Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and delivery orders Ability to speak Spanish Pay Range $20.50/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
