Duties Assist with the assembly, packaging, and movement of materials within the manufacturing facility Operate basic hand tools and machinery following safety protocols to support production processes Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to transport raw materials or finished products as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to safeguard against workplace hazards Follow strict safety standards in production environments, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines Support team members in troubleshooting mechanical issues or equipment malfunctions when required Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar physical labor role is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued highly Basic mechanical knowledge to understand machinery operation and maintenance procedures Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and heavy lifting techniques Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects repeatedly throughout shifts Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols at all times This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment while developing valuable skills.
