Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment and systems. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against shipping documents, and accurately record data into inventory management software Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and efficiency using order picker tools and pallet jacks Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and data entry in warehouse management systems Ensure proper packaging of products for shipment in compliance with trade regulations and company standards Assist in shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and tracking deliveries Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock storage areas and ensuring compliance with safety protocols Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse operations and streamline order fulfillment processes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency Utilize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as AS400 or similar platforms for order processing and inventory control Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and logistics operations Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and measurements Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks required Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and external partners Familiarity with international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus If you are motivated by operational excellence and eager to contribute to a well-organized warehouse environment, we encourage you to apply today.
