Days :

Monday-Friday Duties Safely load and unload trucks using various heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes, adhering strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards. Assist with order picking using RF scanners and other warehouse management systems to ensure accurate inventory processing. Handle materials manually when necessary, including heavy lifting and manual handling tasks, maintaining proper ergonomic practices. Organize and store incoming shipments efficiently within designated warehouse areas, ensuring proper stacking and placement for easy access. Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying shipment contents against documentation and preparing items for outbound delivery. Operate material handling equipment proficiently to load, unload, move, and position goods throughout the warehouse. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following safety procedures and conducting routine inspections of equipment and work areas. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse distribution or related roles with a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Familiarity with order picker tasks, RF scanners, inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and load & unload machinery safely and efficiently. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for materials handling and heavy lifting. Mechanical aptitude or construction experience is a plus for understanding equipment maintenance or troubleshooting. Strong manual handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for inventory counts and measurements.
