Must be able to work in a fast pace enviroment. Previous warehouse experience in shipping preferred. Must be able to use the RF scanner.

  6am-2:30pm M-F, occasional overtime

• Payrate:

  $18-19 PH DOE
• Long term /temp to hire Duties Prepare and process outbound shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately using order picking systems and inventory management software Load and unload trucks efficiently with equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Maintain precise inventory records through data entry into Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory management tasks to ensure stock accuracy and proper storage procedures Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards Support order fulfillment processes by managing order picker operations, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse distribution areas for optimal workflow Ensure packaging standards are met for safe transportation of goods while adhering to customer service expectations Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in shipping & receiving procedures Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate stock control and order processing Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during inventory tasks Knowledge of logistics principles including load & unload procedures, order fulfillment cycles, and shipping logistics processes Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external carriers effectively Join us as a Shipping Warehouse Associate in Fountain Valley where your expertise will drive operational excellence!
