Salary Range:
$20.00-$24.00 USD Hourly Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual's related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
What you will be doing:
The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for palletizing finished goods in preparation for shipment to customers. This includes efficiently cubing pallets and stacking a diverse range of box sizes and weights to optimize space and ensure safe transport.
Responsibilities:
Palletizing finished goods with optimal cubing techniques Strapping finished goods securely on pallets Consistently meeting productivity standards Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Operating a pallet jack safely and efficiently Labeling finished goods prior to shipment
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is a plus. Experience using inventory management or ERP systems is desirable What you need: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance or equipment. Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, reach overhead, and perform repetitive movements. Safely operate warehouse equipment and material handling devices. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions. What's in it for you?
