Job Description

Job Overview The Warehouse & Production Associate handles daily order fulfillment (packing and shipping) and helps set up new products for manufacturing — building Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assisting with costing — in coordination with the production team and NetSuite. This is a hands-on, shop-floor role focused on two concrete, recurring jobs: getting orders shipped, and getting new products built out correctly in the system. It is not a general "production helper" catch-all — open-ended design or one-off support requests are outside this role's scope (see Note on Scope, below). Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Shipping (daily) Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders (website, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok, and Par West) for carrier pickup once orders are entered into NetSuite. Apply correct shipping labels and packaging for each sales channel's requirements. Flag tracking or fulfillment issues (e.g., mis-shipped orders, carrier problems) back to the Accounting & Office Manager promptly. Product Setup & Costing (as new items are introduced) Build Bills of Materials (BOMs) for new products in NetSuite, working from production specs and drawings. Assist with pricing and costing for new items — material quantities, machine time, and labor time — to support accurate NetSuite costing. Keep product build records (materials, dimensions, assembly steps) current and consistent in NetSuite as items are added or changed. Skills Required Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, or light manufacturing/production environment. Comfortable with basic packing/shipping workflows and carrier requirements (labels, packaging, pickup scheduling). Able to read production specs/drawings well enough to build an accurate Bill of Materials. Comfortable with basic data entry in an ERP system (NetSuite training provided). Strong attention to detail, particularly around product specs and costing accuracy. Reliable and organized — able to keep the daily shipping queue moving while also making steady progress on new-product setup. Preferred Direct NetSuite experience, particularly with BOMs or manufacturing/work order modules. Experience with custom or made-to-order manufacturing (signage, home goods, or similar). Basic familiarity with material costing concepts (machine time, labor time, material cost). Noble Heritage Industries is a custom manufacturer of signage and home goods based in Huntington Beach, CA, selling direct-to-consumer through our website, Amazon, Etsy, and TikTok, as well as through events and direct sales. This role works alongside our production team to get orders out the door and get new products set up correctly in our system. Join us in a role that combines energy with precision! We're dedicated to fostering a safe environment where your skills grow alongside our operational success. If you thrive in fast-paced settings with a focus on safety and efficiency, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make an impact in the world of warehousing and production!
