Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker/Truck Driver and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! This energetic role combines hands-on warehouse tasks with safe and efficient driving responsibilities, ensuring that goods are stored, handled, and transported seamlessly. You'll play a key role in maintaining smooth warehouse distribution, managing inventory, and supporting shipping and receiving processes—all while adhering to safety regulations and operating heavy equipment with confidence. Responsibilities Safely operate a variety of warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, and other heavy machinery to load, unload, stock, and move materials. Drive company trucks to deliver goods to designated locations while following all safety protocols and traffic laws. Perform manual handling of materials including heavy lifting, stocking shelves, packaging products, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during operations. Assist with order fulfillment by picking items accurately using order pickers or other material handling equipment; ensure timely loading & unloading of trucks. Support warehouse operations by adhering to safety regulations, participating in safety protocol training, and contributing to a safe working environment for all team members. Qualifications Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes or similar heavy machinery. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; familiarity with OSHA safety standards is highly desirable. Prior warehouse experience or warehouse supervisor experience is advantageous; familiarity with logistics operations is essential.
