We are seeking a dedicated Hand Sanding / General Labor team member to support our production process. This role involves manual sanding and general labor duties to support the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be committed to safety standards and capable of managing production tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform hand sanding on countertop doors to achieve desired surface finishes and quality standards. Assist with various general labor tasks within the production area, including material handling, assembly support, and cleanup. Support the management of production or assembly teams by ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines. Maintain a clean, organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
