Job Description
Job Summary Helps ensure warehouse is stocked, orders are pulled and shipped with the utmost accuracy. Ensures departmental compliance with company safety standards and human resources policies. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Ensures inventory is organized and stored appropriately for efficiency. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate will have management potential, looking to grow with the company. Responsibilities and Duties Load, unload containers and freight trailers Locate, pick, and pull product relocating it to the staging area Assistance with building maintenance (indoor and outdoor) Assistance with building construction (indoor and outdoor) Pulling weeds, landscape maintenance Facilities cleanup, picking up trash Ability to interact well with all levels of management, co-workers and customers Monitor and respond to company emails accordingly Ensures that departmental procedures and safety protocol are followed Monitor and communicate his/her needs regarding warehouse supplies Qualifications and Skills Good oral and written communication Ability to use Microsoft Office programs Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks Able to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively Experience with ShipStation and UPS WorldShip a plus Forklift certification (preferred, not required)
