This energetic position involves installing scenic elements, performing maintenance tasks, and supporting the overall setup and teardown processes. Your technical aptitude, mechanical skills, and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations and outstanding results. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop versatile skills in a fast-paced, creative environment while contributing to memorable experiences for audiences and clients alike. Duties Assist in the installation, assembly, and disassembly of scenic structures, backdrops, and stage elements according to technical drawings and schematics Operate heavy equipment and tools safely to transport and position large scenic components Interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately to guide installation processes Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience Hands-on experience in a theatrical or event production is mandatory; however training will be provided for motivated candidates Prior experience with interpreting technical drawings is highly desirable Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience working with heavy equipment mechanics or similar machinery Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately to facilitate installation Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to develop their technical skills while contributing to impressive visual productions.
