Core-Mark seeks a Warehouse Order Selector to accurately pick, stage, and load orders for convenience retail customers. You will use RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts to assemble products, verify quantities, and maintain inventory accuracy. This role requires lifting up to 50+ lbs, working in varying temperature zones, and meeting productivity and safety standards. You'll collaborate with team members, follow established procedures, keep work areas clean, and support on-time, accurate deliveries in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move, stage, and load product safely Verify item numbers, quantities, and product conditions to ensure order accuracy Meet established productivity, quality, and safety standards on each shift Work in dry, refrigerated, and frozen areas as needed to complete orders Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse work area Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and replenishment tasks Communicate issues such as shortages, damages, or mis-picks to supervisors Follow Core-Mark safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and equipment procedures Collaborate with team members to support on-time, accurate deliveries Required Skills Order picking RF scanner operation Inventory control Pallet jack operation Forklift operation Basic computer skills Load staging and wrapping Safety and OSHA compliance Reading pick tickets Time management
