maywood, california Posted 3/27/2026 Closes 5/15/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $19.50 - $20.00 per hour Temp to Perm 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM Industry warehousing & distribution (Transportation and Material Moving Occupations) Reference number S_173962 We are seeking Warehouse Associates to support daily fulfillment and inventory operations with an apparel company. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate movement of stock-from receiving and auditing inventory to picking, quality-checking, and shipping customer orders. You will use WMS technology to meet daily production quotas while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety within our facility.

Responsibilities:

Perform physical counts, hand-tag items, and organize stock to maintain accurate inventory levels. Pick, pack, and ship customer, vendor, and PR orders accurately and on schedule. Inspect all items for defects and perform garment prep (steaming/lint rolling) to ensure premium standards. Process international and expedited shipments, load delivery trucks, and coordinate with carriers. Use handheld scanners, WMS mobile devices, and email to track orders and communicate shipment data. Distribute raw materials to production teams and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed. Keep the warehouse, showroom, and stockrooms clean by managing trash, pallets, and floor organization. ... 6:00 AM - 9:00

PM Skills:

Previous warehouse, retail stockroom, or apparel fulfillment experience. Experience with quality inspections or garment care (steaming/prepping). Ability to work independently and meet daily shipment quotas.

Qualifications:

Strong attendance record and flexibility to work weekends or holidays. Comfortable using mobile scanning devices and basic computer systems.
