Responsibilities Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker equipment, pallet jacks, and other tools. Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed. Maintain precise data entry records for shipping & receiving logs, order fulfillment documentation, and stock movements. Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts safely to move pallets and heavy items within the facility. Perform stocking duties by organizing products on shelves or pallets according to warehouse distribution standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery while adhering to quality standards. Follow safety protocols during all warehouse operations to prevent accidents and maintain a secure environment. Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness to ensure safety and efficiency. Experience Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn. Basic math skills are essential for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers is highly desirable; certification is a plus. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and logistics coordination enhances your effectiveness in this role. Excellent customer service skills help ensure smooth communication with internal teams and external carriers.
