Job Description

Overview We are one of the largest stocking air filter distributors in the United States. We provide air filtration products and services to hospitals, healthcare facilities, schools, universities, government buildings, commercial properties, manufacturers, clean rooms, and other facilities where indoor air quality is critical. We are currently seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker / Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, restaging, inventory counting, loading, and preparing air filtration products and materials for customer deliveries and installation projects. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Job Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming air filters, filter media, and other materials. Pick, count, and verify products according to customer orders, invoices, work orders, and packing lists. Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly report shortages, overages, damaged products, or other discrepancies. Properly label and organize inventory so products can be easily located and retrieved. Restage and reorganize inventory and customer orders when needed due to changes in orders, delivery schedules, installation projects, or warehouse space. Prepare filters, materials, and equipment for driver & field installation crews. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with other warehouse duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail, particularly when counting and identifying products. Ability to accurately read product sizes, quantities, labels, and work orders. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods. Basic English communication skills; Spanish is a plus. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus. Valid driver's license is a plus. Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
