This position will not include any driving or forklift operating as stated in the JD - solely will focus on picking/packing orders The Warehouse Associate is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing shipments from the warehouse and organizing the warehouse to ensure efficient shipment storage as well as transporting products between two facilities. Essential Functions and Responsibilities (not restrictive) Load, unload, move, count / pick, stack and stage product and materials using a sit down or stand-up forklift as required. Unload and verify quantities, specifications, and quality of orders. Receive goods into ERP computer system by way of scan gun or computer prior to physically placing away by pallet jack or forklift into the proper bay. Pick multi product and batch managed orders strictly adhering to FIFO and/or other customer requirements. Pick using a scan gun or computer apparatus ensuring accuracy of physical pick to system quantities. Building shipment pallets efficiently and loading dock level trucks. Stock pallet racks with inventory from daily production while verifying counts. Transfer pallets to proper location according to management direction by way of scan gun or computer. Pick raw materials to be used in subsequent days production, transferring and staging them physically and in system as required by production plan. Assisting in cycle counting inventory and verifying quantities on orders and in the warehouse as required. Drive straight/box truck between two facilities. Additional Functions Perform other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities (If relevant) Performance Indicators Successfully process incoming and outgoing shipments. ? Successfully maintain the warehouse organized to ensure efficient shipment storage. ? Successfully transport products between two facilities safely.

Qualification & Experience Requirements Education, Training:

? High School Diploma or GED, preferred

Experience Required:

? 2 years of forklift experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

? Excellent verbal communication skills ? Ability to work effectively with others ? Ability to multi-task while being detail oriented ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ? Ability to follow verbal and written instructions ? Ability to work with minimal supervision while remaining productive at all times. ? Knowledge of warehouses and lift trucks. ? Ability to drive straight/box truck, must have valid driver's license (non CDL) ? Excellent attendance and dependability. ? Must be able to work flexible hours to include overtime and weekends on short notice

Pay:

$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
