Part-Time Warehouse Associate•
Receiving Specialist Location:
Oceanside, CA (On-site)About Us:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with a primary focus on receiving, inventory organization, and warehouse flow — along with driving and logistics support. You will take ownership of incoming shipments, returns, restocking, and organization, while also supporting local deliveries, pickups, and general errands using our company van. Because we are a small team, this role will also cross-train across warehouse operations, including shipping and fulfillment support.Key Responsibilities:
Receiving & Inventory Management Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders Check quantities, inspect products, and verify serial numbers (especially for AED devices) Accurately log and track inventory in our systems Process returned devices and supplies with proper documentation and routing Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or missing items Stocking & Warehouse Organization Put inventory away in correct, designated locations Maintain clear, organized inventory zones to support efficient picking and shipping Restock shelves and bins to ensure products are readily available Help maintain a clean, structured warehouse environment Recycling & Product Handling Manage recycling processes for returned devices, pads, and batteries Organize and track reusable vs. non-reusable materials Support sustainability and compliance practices within warehouse operations Driving, Deliveries & Logistics Support Drive company van for local deliveries, pickups, and warehouse-related errands Transport products between locations safely and efficiently Ensure accurate handoff of products during deliveries and pickups Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle (interior/exterior, fuel levels, reporting maintenance needs) Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients or partners during deliveries Cross-Training & Team Support Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping when needed Support internal product movement and restocking flow Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and efficiency What Success Looks Like in This Role Incoming inventory is accurate, organized, and easy to access The shipping team can quickly find what they need without delays Deliveries and pickups are completed reliably and professionally The warehouse stays clean, structured, and efficient You become a trusted operator across receiving, logistics, and warehouse flow Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with inventory counts and product verification Ability to learn systems quickly (Excel, web apps, ERP systems a plus) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving a company van for local routes and errands Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks Nice toHave:
Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience Experience with shipping, fulfillment, or logistics operations Familiarity with medical devices or regulated productsSchedule & Compensation:
