Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves handling inventory, checking in packages, reviewing purchase orders, answering phones, and supporting warehouse distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, order fulfillment, and materials handling, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock levels. Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping and receiving in accordance with company standards. Stock shelves and organize materials in the warehouse for optimal accessibility. Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including documentation and tracking via Eclipse or similar systems. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Complete deliveries of kitchen and bath fixtures. Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or related roles. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, RF scanners, and order fulfillment software. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for warehouse operations. Experience in shipping & receiving, packaging, order picking & packing, and materials handling is preferred. Previous warehouse supervisor experience or leadership skills are advantageous for growth opportunities within the team. This Warehouse Associate role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations while ensuring safety and accuracy across all tasks performed.

$800.00 - $900.00 per week
