In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate records. Your energetic approach will help us optimize warehouse distribution processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to our internal teams and customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately. Assist with order picking and packing, ensuring correct items are prepared for shipment according to customer specifications. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely to load and unload shipments. Prepare shipping documents, verify shipping & receiving details, and coordinate logistics for domestic and international trade compliance. Conduct data entry tasks related to stock movements, order processing, and shipment tracking using ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms. Maintain organized storage areas through stocking, labeling, and packaging to optimize space utilization. Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with transportation providers and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP platforms like AS400 or MRP systems. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and trade compliance regulations. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is preferred. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during stock handling. Effective communication skills for customer service interactions within the warehouse environment.
