Full Job Description Overview:

Champion Discs, Inc. dba Innova Disc Golf is an industry-leading disc sports manufacturer in Ontario, California. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for an array of duties. All candidates must adhere to strict safety standards while ensuring the highest quality of work is completed efficiently and timely.

Responsibilities:

Receive and track shipments Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise Tag and label merchandise using a machine to produce finalized products (decorating) Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type Bow, wrap, and pack the merchandise following relevant procedures and standards Prepare all orders for shipment (pull, pack, ship) Record and manager all impaired or damaged merchandise items Operate adequate merchandise management tools

Qualifications:

Special attention to detail Team player Good organization and time-management skills Ability to communicate effectively with employees, etc.

Education:

High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform the above for at least 8 hours per day 2 days per week (8:00 am - 04:30 pm). May be asked to work over-time; after-hours; on weekends for emergencies or on-call Duties outlined in this position will require the employee to stand, crouch, sit, bend, and use hands and arms to space both high and low Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing, balancing, lifting, holding, or stooping while on the shift Ability to work while wearing closed-toe shoes Ability to work in adverse weather conditions which can include but is not limited to extreme heat and cold temperatures Employees in this job classification may be exposed to dust or other airborne pathogens Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly as needed with or without assistance Innova Discs is the largest and most popular manufacturer of sporting equipment for the sport of Disc Golf.
