Must pass a drug screening Excellent customer service skills Be willing to be on-call (24/7)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES

Ability to lift over 50 lbs, regularly Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces) Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Water extraction and mitigation Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration Vandalism, crime scene and biohazard clean up, demolition and light construction Structural board-up and site stabilization Content handling/storage, unloading/loading trucks All other duties or projects as assigned. Demolition of damaged building materials Clean up daily Load equipment Maintain a clean vehicle High level of integrity and commitment to the work.
