Ideal Candidate:

Customer service oriented Bi-lingual Spanish (not required) High energy and fun loving Automotive and or Trucking industry experience in repair, sales or parts Excellent communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work independently and results oriented

Primary Responsibilities:

Visiting Customers Shops and promoting 1-800-Radiator as a supplier Delivering all products to customers to ensure complete satisfaction Handling customer service issues and following up on customer quotes and leads Communicate important customer relationship issues to the Sales Manager Making outbound sales call to current & potential customers Educating customers about our value proposition and exceptional service Helping in warehouse as needed with product shipments
