Job Description
We are hiring Warehouse Associates to join our growing e-commerce warehouse team in Richmond, California. This is a fast-paced position focused primarily on packing customer orders, picking products, organizing inventory, and helping keep daily warehouse operations running efficiently. Responsibilities Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment Pick products accurately from warehouse inventory Scan and organize merchandise Label and prepare packages for shipping Restock and organize workstations Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Help with receiving and organizing incoming inventory Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy Pay & Bonuses Starting pay: $19.08/hour Performance bonuses available Employees who consistently exceed our packaging speed and productivity targets while maintaining accuracy can earn additional bonuses
