Day Shift:

Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30

PM Swing Shift:

Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM Overtime opportunities are available on Fridays for both shifts.

Starting wage:

Key Responsibilities Learn and follow Metrie's quality standards Sort and stack materials according to production requirements Accurately follow sorting and stacking instructions Lift up to 20 lbs frequently and 40-50 lbs occasionally with assistance Adapt to changing priorities and production needs Work efficiently at the pace required by the production equipment Assist with housekeeping and work area organization during downtime Perform other duties as assigned by your Supervisor What We're Looking For Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Self-motivation and a positive attitude Reliability and strong work ethic Commitment to quality and safety Willingness to learn and grow within the company Safety Expectations Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area Wear required PPE at all times Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Report unsafe conditions and incidents promptly Use proper lifting techniques Remain aware of safety hazards throughout the facility Come work with us!
