None Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Palletizing Operator to support operations for Fiserv in a warehouse environment. This role is responsible for palletizing outbound UPS shipments, moving pallets using manual pallet jacks, and supporting daily warehouse operations while maintaining productivity and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, handling physical tasks, and providing professional customer service within the client's environment. Key Responsibilities Palletize outbound shipments accurately and efficiently for UPS distribution. Move pallets and boxes using manual pallet jacks and warehouse equipment. Load, unload, organize, and stage shipments for outbound processing. Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Interpret and follow detailed instructions and operational procedures. Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization as needed. Operate forklifts and related warehouse equipment when required. Maintain professionalism while working in the customer's facility. Perform general warehouse duties including lifting, sorting, and material handling. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate warehouse systems. Experience operating forklifts or warehouse equipment is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional attitude with strong customer service skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift packages and equipment weighing up to 50-75 lbs. Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and lifting required. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals, warehouse equipment, and varying physical demands. Ability to move heavy wheeled equipment weighing up to 700 lbs. Work Environment Warehouse setting with standard lighting and ventilation. Fast-paced environment requiring physical stamina and attention to safety. Exposure to warehouse equipment, minor cuts, abrasions, and cleaning solvents may occur.
