Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, managing shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining accurate stock levels. Responsibilities Assist with the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming shipments using warehouse management systems and inventory software. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately and efficiently. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload trucks safely. Maintain organized stock areas through stocking, inventory management, and regular cycle counts. Ensure compliance with shipping logistics standards and international trade regulations when handling international shipments. Record data entry tasks related to order processing, shipping & receiving logs, and inventory updates using ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms. Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with logistics teams to optimize warehouse operations and ensure timely order fulfillment. Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (Agility and Digital Shipper) Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, and international trade regulations. Experience with order picking & packing, stocking, and warehouse distribution processes. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely. Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate inventory tracking. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation purposes. Exceptional customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively.
