As a Warehouse Shipping Associate, you will be integral to the efficient operation of our company, ensuring timely shipping and receiving of goods. Proficiency in FedEx Ship Manager/UPS WorldShip and basic math will support your daily tasks, while your communication skills will facilitate collaboration with team members. Responsibilities:

Prepare shipping labels using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager for both domestic and international shipments. Prepare call-tag/return shipping labels and arrange return pickups using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager. Estimate and input accurate box dimensions for all packages. Calculate and declare correct package values based on goods. Ensure proper application of labels on respective boxes for shipment. Assist in loading boxes onto pallets and preparing goods for LTL/UPS/FedEx pickups. Accurately prepare documents for shipments involving lithium-ion batteries (Dangerous Goods). Generate daily shipping reports for accounting purposes. Ensure all order and shipping documents are properly organized for accounting pickup. Resolve any shipping issues and discrepancies promptly. Assist with general warehouse duties, including packaging inventory and moving boxes.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (2 years preferred). Proficiency with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager (2+ years strongly preferred). Experience in forklift operation. Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs. Fast and accurate typing skills for data entry. Commitment to double-checking work for accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with general computer operations.
