Position Overview Human Bees is hiring Assembly / Warehouse Associates in San Jose, CA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting high-volume manufacturing and warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, associates will support assembly, material handling, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations while helping maintain quality, accuracy, and production efficiency. What You'll Do Perform basic assembly and production support tasks following work instructions and standard procedures Pick, pack, label, and prepare products or materials for shipment Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production floor Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory accuracy Use RF scanners, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment as needed Maintain organized inventory and staging areas to support efficient workflow Inspect materials and products for damage, defects, or discrepancies Support warehouse and production teams in meeting daily operational goals Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Assist with inventory counts and material tracking as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred English proficiency required Mandarin is a plus Required Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment Basic RF scanner or inventory system experience preferred Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the shift Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why Consider This Opportunity Competitive pay Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Multiple shift options available Opportunity to work with a global manufacturing leader Fast-paced environment focused on teamwork, reliability, and operational excellence Equal Opportunity Employer Human Bees is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
