About Veritas Vans Veritas Vans is a leading manufacturer and seller of Starlink mounting hardware, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on team member who likes variety in their day and wants to grow with a fast-paced company. This is a flexible, cross-trained role. Some days you'll be picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Other days you'll be on the assembly team building the products that go into those boxes. We'll train you on both sides, and you'll move between them based on where the team needs you that day. If you like staying busy, learning new skills, and seeing a product go from parts to a shipped order, this is a good fit. What You'll Do Shipping & Fulfillment Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping, meeting our quality standards Verify order details and inspect products for defects or discrepancies Assist with inventory counts, receiving, and restocking Assembly & Production Assemble mounting hardware and sub-assemblies following written and visual work instructions Use hand and power tools to build, fasten, and test components Perform quality checks throughout the build process and flag anything that doesn't meet spec Help with light kitting, prep work, and other production tasks as needed Both Roles Flex between fulfillment and assembly depending on daily priorities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Collaborate with the team to hit daily goals Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail — in both order accuracy and build quality Willingness to cross-train and switch tasks as priorities shift Comfortable working with your hands and using basic hand and power tools Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer proficiency Previous warehouse, packing, assembly, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person Why Join Us Real variety — you won't be doing the same task eight hours a day Cross-training in both fulfillment and manufacturing Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and innovative company How to Apply Please apply via Indeed or send your resume and a brief introduction to cam@veritasvans.com.
