8:00-4:30 M-F About Us Math4Sale is a leader in the renewed calculator market, helping schools and businesses save money while ensuring quality. We move a high volume of inventory daily and need a detail-oriented, tech-savvy receiver to manage incoming stock, purchase additional stock, reconcile transactions, and maintain smooth operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Receive & Inspect Inventory Handle incoming shipments from eBay, vendors, and suppliers Reconcile items in the system and grade for quality Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders Reconcile Transactions & Ensure Accuracy Manage high-volume transactions across multiple accounts Open cases for missing items and communicate with sellers Maintain data integrity across all purchases Test & Verify Functionality Conduct basic functionality tests on received calculators Flag defective units and coordinate next steps Identify new buying opportunities and work with sellers to secure more stock Coordinate Vendor Shipments Liaise with vendors and our head of ops to ensure smooth receiving & communication Track incoming orders and flag any issues Update Inventory in WHM (Finale) Maintain real-time tracking and documentation Ensure every item is accurately recorded in

✅ Tech-Savvy & Fast with Email

• Must be comfortable using Slack, Finale, and eBay ✅ Detail-Oriented & Organized
• You'll be handling high-volume transactions —accuracy is key ✅ Strong Communication Skills
• You'll work with vendors, sellers, and our internal team daily ✅ Problem-Solver
• Can troubleshoot missing items, quality issues, and transaction discrepancies ✅ Inventory & Logistics Experience Preferred
