Our partners include 7-Eleven, Aperol, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Grillo's, Death & Co, and Arrowhead Water. Based in Santa Ana, we help brands promote their products, engage consumers, grow audiences, and increase ecommerce sales through brand monetization programs. The Role We are seeking a reliable Warehouse and Fulfillment Associate to support inventory management and order picking, packing, and shipping. You will help ensure that products are received correctly, stored accurately, and shipped on time. This role is well suited to someone who works with pace, pays close attention to detail, and is highly productive. Responsibilities Receive incoming products and supplies; verify quantities and inspect for damage or discrepancies. Organize, label, and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and ship consumer ecommerce and bulk orders accurately and on schedule. Prepare shipping labels, cartons, pallets, and related documentation. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical counts. Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and order issues. Keep warehouse, packing stations, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe. Coordinate with production and other teams to keep orders moving through fulfillment. Follow established procedures while helping identify ways to improve accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. Able to work at a steady pace while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Able to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds and perform the physical duties of a warehouse role. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and handling products throughout the workday. Warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or inventory management experience preferred. Experience using shipping software or inventory systems preferred. Forklift certification is a plus. The right person will bring a strong work ethic, a team-first attitude, and pride in delivering accurate orders for Craftwork's brand partners and their customers.

Pay:
