About IED Group IED Group is an AS9100-certified electronics manufacturing company specializing in high-reliability printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and electronic components for demanding industries. We are committed to quality, precision, and on-time delivery, and we are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. Job Overview The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting production by accurately receiving, storing, kitting, and shipping electronic components and assemblies. This position requires strong attention to detail, comfort working with small parts, and the ability to follow documented procedures in compliance with AS9100 quality standards. Duties Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and part numbers against packing lists and purchase orders. Inspect incoming materials for damage and ESD-compliant packaging; document discrepancies. Build complete PCBA kits per Bill of Materials (BOM), pulling components, PCBs, and hardware accurately. Verify part numbers, manufacturer, date codes, and lot codes to ensure traceability. Maintain organized kit carts and staging areas to support on-time production starts Accurately count electronic components using digital scales, X-ray counters, and manual methods. Maintain a clean, organized, ESD-safe work environment in compliance with 5S and AS9100 standards Support continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse and production interface. Qualifications 1+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience (electronics manufacturing strongly preferred). Ability to read and interpret BOMs, packing lists, work instructions, and basic technical documents. Basic computer skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems for inventory transactions. Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow documented procedures. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively in a fast-paced environment Not Required but a Plus Experience working in an
AS9100, ISO
9001, or ITAR-regulated environment Familiarity with ESD handling procedures and IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 awareness). Experience kitting PCBA jobs or working with surface-mount components. Experience with component counting equipment (e.g., counting scales, X-ray counters) Work Eligibility Due to the nature of our work, including potential ITAR-controlled programs, applicants must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
